Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our items are custom or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A description of the problem
We’ll work quickly to make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
• The product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective
• We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your case is reviewed and approved. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thepitstopworkshop@outlook.com.
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of personalized products, all sales are final once your design is approved and your order has gone into production. Please double-check all spelling, photo uploads, and order details before submitting.
We are not responsible for:
• Typos or incorrect information provided by the customer
• Low-quality images uploaded for photo-based products
• Minor color differences due to screen variations
